Follow the road up from Talosio, keeping right, towards Santuario di Prascondu. From there follow the paths up the mountain, keeping a close eye on the red and white markers. Reach Colle Crest (2140m). Follow the crest for a while to a massive cairn and on towards a saddle, Pian delle Masche (1900m). Turn left, down the slopes to the hamlet Masonaje (1201m) from where you follow the road for a few kilometers to the mountain holiday town of Ronco Canavese. The main place to stay is Albergo Centrale.
