From the Rifugio Malinvern take the path to Passo d'Orgials, first through the trees and rather steep, but soon going up steady towards the pass with great views in all directions. From here you follow the high ground for a bit, to Colla della Lombarda. You can already see the destination below. Form the Colle della Lombarda, it is down to Sant'Anna di Vinadio, a small town around a sanctuary.
There is a larger pilgrim's hotel/hostel, which also offers Posto Tappa style rooms in a separate building.
