From Quincinetto, cross the river using the bridge with the main road. Once across, turn left to Airale, and then up the hill on the footpath, where Trovinasse is already indicated. A nice path goes up through the forest, gain height fast, but with a nice slope (parts mule track). Later on, the path crosses a road a few times. We had to ask/look around a few times to keep the track, but as long as you keep going up, you are going in the right direction.
